The hotel was located in a great area, near to the main pedestrian street where you can find various restaurants, shops selling clothes and jewelry, and a covered market. The rooms were quite spacious, almost like an apartment, which was a pleasant aspect of the accommodation. the hotel provided a late check-in option which was extremely convenient for our Christmas stay.
There were a number of negative aspects to our stay at the hotel. cleanliness was a big issue as the bed sheets were dirty and we had to sleep with our clothes on.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a cosy hotel nestled in an authentic neighborhood near the city center. The hotel's attention to detail and excellent service truly made my experience memorable. The rooms were well-equipped and spacious, complete with a fridge for added convenience. Additionally, the hotel's location near the old bazar and the Muslim neighborhood, with its bustling covered market, was a major highlight. It was an absolute pleasure exploring the local culture and being able to buy anything I wanted just a stone's throw away.
Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed whatsoever.

We had a great stay, with the best aspects including the hotel's excellent location close to the city centre, friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms. Additionally, the hotel offered a convenient parking spot for our car.
The worst aspect of this hotel was that it was not obvious to find. Despite this small inconvenience, we highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a very practical location, close to the main tourist attractions and shopping areas. We really appreciated the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with quality amenities.
The kitchen could have been better equipped, with kitchen utensils and a coffee maker. We also found that some parts of the room were not well maintained, such as a shower that was not working properly and towels were not always available.
